We had an emergency and needed a plumber. Our water was turned off due to a line leak causing an extremely high bill! We called multiple companies and they couldn't make it out same day but Tim with Legacy 4 came out and he was great!!! He found the leak and fixed it and was so professional! He also saved us money!! These guys really are the best. Cody and his team are always on time and friendly and efficient and honest. Today they came out to address a few random problems, didn’t even charge me for the visit. Third time they’ve been out in the last year. I have an old house with hodgepodge plumbing and they’re excellent at sourcing the problem and knowing how to fix it. Excellent work!

We had a slab leak that appeared over the weekend. First thing Monday Legacy 4 Plumbing was out to take a look and fix it. They quickly found where the leak was and offered us three different solutions and explained the benefits of each one. Steve and Jared were great! They were very professional and got us back to running water quicker than I expected. They were able to run a line into our attic to bypass the broken line. It is so nice to have water again!

EDITED: Owner called me to go over the situation. He was VERY thorough and polite and worked to resolve the situation. I appreciate his explanation and attempt to work it out.Horrible service. Took 9 days to get someone to come tell me my HWT needed to be replaced and was 2 1/2 hours late for the SCHEDULED appt. AND THEN tried to charge an ADDITIONAL $675 for a covered warranty service call.

I am more likely to take the time to write a review in bad experiences more so than good ones. Legacy4plumbing is a fairly new company that has been growing substantially since its inception. Companies grow not only when they listen to their customers but when they actually follow through with their word. Tim and Jerod were assigned to the job and were excellent in their diagnosis and made the repairs in a timely manor.There was a minor issue after the repair that was noticed after they left. I simply brought it to their attention and it was handled swiftly with no questions asked. Hands down a company that isn't after your money they are after your loyalty and after my experience they have mine. I highly recommend Legacy4Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs! Tim was sent to our house to look at my hot water heater. The scheduler (Latisha I think) was so friendly and helpful, and Tim was so wonderful! He diagnosed and fixed our problem fast and was cheerful and friendly. We felt bad that his next job was a long drive away in the ice, but without skipping a beat he just smiled and said "It's okay! People need help!" And that mindset was just amazing to see and hear. I will be recommending Legacy 4 to everyone from now on. Thank you for coming to our rescue in this freeze and I am sure to the rescue of many others as well.

I would recommend his service & ability to any friend or family member. Thank you Tim, job well done.Additional note:No less than 6 attempts to get this job completed before Tim. The common reply was: We're gonna have to break out and retile your shower, or go in thru the stairway hallway and breakout sheetrock, retape, texture & paint. Therefore the job never got done. Tim completed this project in 1 day in a fashion that needed no retile of the shower or busting a hole in the wall of our stairway for a lengthy repair.

We were dealing with our 5th slab leak in 6 years and I was sick of it and decided to get the plumbing redone overhead and take the slab out of it. I called and had multiple plumbers to come out and give pricing and was shocked at how much it would be for my 1600 sqft home. Other plumbers also said it would take 4 days to complete the job.I called Legacy 4 and talked to Cody on the phone and he gave me an estimate 1/3 what the other plumbers quoted. I was in disbelief, but scheduled them to come out the next day. Cody and Jared showed up and did EVERYTHING. They rerouted new pipes all the way to every fixture, insulated the pipes and even added a new line for my fridge! Plus, they did it in ONE day at the estimated price!! I am pleased with their work and customer service. I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Great service all around! We called Legacy a couple of weeks ago and they responded quickly to address our problem. The sink was working fine when the plumber left but the problem occured again. They responded so quickly to our second call, fixed the issue, and did not charge the second trip. Also, the person answering the phone both times was very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this company if you need a plumber!

Well we called in a work order and 20 minutes later received a call say they would contact me with a time. Timothy called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up and was very professional and punctual. He Identified the problem and fixed properly asked about any other problems we had . I will use them again and will stand behind my five stars. . I called at about 8:30am to have someone come out to look for a leak around our water meter because it was gushing water. The city had already come out and told us it was on our side of the water meter so our responsibility. So I was calling around to find a plumber, using Google reviews, and saw that Legacy 4 Plumbing had good reviews. The lady I spoke to was very nice and scheduled someone to come out the same day. Everyone else I had called couldn’t come out until later this week. Later in the afternoon, Timothy called and said he was on his way. He was very nice. He gave me an estimate and started working. He found the problem was the water meter itself, which the city needed to replace. He helped us put up temporary “fencing”. They all went above and beyond for us today! We have found a new plumber!!! We highly recommend Legacy 4 Plumbing!!!

They did several tickets for me including kitchen sink, bath room faucet and gas lines at my house. They did it all in a timely manner and warranty their work after having a issue with new faucet. Would recommend them.

We texted early on a holiday afternoon and were thankful that the Legacy 4 team worked until late evening to try to get the hot water flowing again. Unable to do so because of things outside of their control, they showed up in strength the following morning and had us in the water by Noon.

Plumber came out SAME DAY for water leak to minimize damage to our wall/floors. We had been dealing with our home owners insurance, so I was very frustrated to say the least. After getting in contact with Legacy we got the leak under control. Very pleased with their service. I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends and family. Steve is highly skilled, knows his job and knows how to deal professionally with customers. He was efficient, polite, fast, knowledgeable and isolated the issue quickly. He wants to do a quality job with the right quality materials, so he made a temporary repair and will finish for the permanent repair within 48 hours (plumbing store was closed). I have every reason to believe I will receive what he promised. This is good old-fashioned service the way it supposed to be — in a world that’s impregnated with rip-offs and fakes. My main sewer line from two toilets to septic tank was clogged, and one of the stools was running over - help!I had a recent good experience with Legacy 4 Plumbing, so I called them again. Legacy quickly sent a plumber and assistant (Steve & Zack) to my home. They evaluated the situation, outlined 3 options, quickly proceeded with Option #1 and had the blockage unclogged and the toilets back in service within 1/2 hour.Steve & Zack were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast workers.
